School term planner (printable)
This printable term planner gives you one page per term to capture the dates that otherwise arrive one email at a time and scatter across the house. Half-term, INSET days, parents' evening, the trips, the non-uniform days: write them down once, in one place, and the term stops ambushing you.
Fill it in at the start of each term from the school calendar and the first newsletters, then top it up as letters come in. Keep it somewhere you look often, the fridge, a noticeboard, the inside of a cupboard door, and you have a single reference for "when is half-term?" and "is it own clothes on Friday?" without digging through your inbox.
It is deliberately simple and free, with no sign-up. If the bit that catches you out is the steady drip of dates buried in school emails, that is exactly what Cyril automates: forward the emails and the dates land on a plan for you. The term planner is the no-tech version of the same idea, and a good place to start.
